Superhuman Sci Fi - Camerawork/Cinematography

Sci Fi films are famous for using the newest forms of special effects and different methods of cinematography to present more and more realistic presentations of the future and space. Common shots that are often extreme long shots, or establishing shots, often on the vastness of space, with either a planet or chip moving in to frame. Other classic Sci Fi shots used are medium shots of a person drifting through space, with their face clearly in shot, showing the emotions that they feel, helping to develop the character more.
As are film is a Sci Fi/ Superhuman film, we wont be using many of these shots, as our story revolves more around peoples struggles and their emotions than the large set pieces and open space. Common shots we will use are close ups and long shots, as they are both used to show the audience all the characters actions. Another important shot we are going to use is a low angle medium shot of the characters, as it is a common shot used in superhuman films, portraying the power they have.
